As well as backing early stage businesses, we also invest in established companies that are looking to use venture capital to build scale.

We either invest on our own or alongside other investors.

The funds we invest come from private investors.

Our team consists of people with entrepreneurial backgrounds. We understand both the challenges and rewards of running successful businesses.

We only invest in good business opportunities – not in good ideas – because not all good ideas can be turned into good business opportunities.

All business opportunities have promise; all have vulnerabilities. We seek to identify the good, the bad and the ugly that the business faces before we invest.

Our evaluation process of each business opportunity is rigorous and only about 1% of the proposals will receive funding.
